Past Finders Youth Group

Past Finders welcomes young individuals from School Year 4 to Year 11, offering them an opportunity to delve into the captivating history of the Falkland Islands.

Through a wide range of engaging activities, including wreck visits, memorials, coastal walks, gardening, informative talks, and camping adventures, we strive to impart knowledge and foster a deep appreciation for the island's heritage. Additionally, we embrace moments of camaraderie with occasional barbecues and lively traditional dances that add an extra touch of enjoyment to our experiences.

If you would like your child to become a member of the Past Finders youth group then please contact Sandra Alazia at outreach@falklands-museum.co.fk

Memberships are yearly, starting in October.

We also welcome new volunteers.   If you would like to help then download the form below and e-mail it to Sandra.

Past Finders Sponsors

Once again, we are proud and deeply grateful to announce that Argos Group Ltd and Polar Seafish Ltd have generously agreed to sponsor the Past Finders Youth Group for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.

Your continued support over the past eight years has been instrumental in helping us grow and thrive. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all the companies and individuals who have supported us along the way—your belief in our mission makes everything we do possible.

We’re excited to share that the group continues to grow, welcoming new members each year as we explore the rich heritage of the Falkland Islands in a way that’s both engaging and fun.

Thank you for investing in the future of our youth and in preserving our shared history.
