Horticultural Show 2026

A Wonderful Weekend at the Horticultural Show 2026

Saturday 14th February – A Busy Day in the Garden!

What a fantastic and productive day it was! The group had an absolute blast digging up potatoes, picking fresh vegetables, and carefully selecting beautiful flowers to enter into the Horticultural Show 2026.

There was plenty of laughter, teamwork, and muddy hands as everyone worked together to prepare their very best entries. We wish you all the very best of luck!

Doors opened at 2pm Sunday at the Town Hall, and excitement was in the air as the big weekend got underway.

Sunday 15th February – Horticultural Show 2026

A huge congratulations to everyone involved — all your hard work truly paid off!

The vegetables and flowers looked absolutely stunning on display. You should all be incredibly proud of what you achieved. The dedication, care, and commitment that goes into growing and preparing entries really showed.

Our Fantastic Results:

  • 2 × 1st Prizes
  • 2 × 2nd Prizes
  • 1 × 3rd Prize
  • 9 × Highly Commended

What an amazing achievement!

A special shout out to everyone who entered, with so many fantastic baking creations alongside the brilliant vegetable and flower entries. The standard was exceptional across the board.

Events like this take an enormous amount of hard work behind the scenes. A big thank you to our incredible Horticultural Committee members and all the dedicated helpers who work tirelessly to make our annual show such a success.

We would also like to thank everyone who volunteered their time to help out, and Government House for generously supplying plants for the group to grow.

Here’s to another successful and memorable show — well done, everyone!
